It is your responsibility to take the item(s) inside your residence, assemble the item(s), and discard the factory packaging.
As a courtesy, our driver may assist customers in delivering the furniture inside the front door of the residence or garage if needed. For liability purposes our driver does not take the item(s) up or down the stairs inside of the residence and our driver does not remove old furniture or move your existing furniture from one room to another.
Please notify us of the presence of stairs, tight walkways or other interior/exterior obstacles that would prevent easy access to the residence.
