“All SALES ARE FINAL” By signing your receipt and submitting payment for items you’ve ordered, you are acknowledging that you have accepted the purchase of those items within the terms and conditions as follows:
Within 48 hours of delivery, if you find any damages to the furniture, please email us at customerclaims@vafurniture.net. Please include your name, your phone number, the purchase date, a detailed description of the damages, and photographic images of the damaged areas and we will at our sole discretion, either repair, replace or reimburse you for reasonable local repairs of said items.
VA Furniture does not cover damage resulting from misuse such as, exposure to extreme temperature, negligence, wrong assembly, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, etc.
Returns - All sales are final. Merchandise received in good condition is not returnable or cancelable, no refunds are available for any reason. However, If the delivered items are undamaged, but for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product after signing the receipt and you wish to return the item, you must notify VA Furniture within 48 hours of the delivery date and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee plus an additional $50 (pick up merchandise fee). Please note for any returned items, all packages must be in the original manufacturing packaging and in the same condition they were delivered in. Any damaged packaging will be subject to a $20 fee.
Note, there are no returns/refunds on sofas, mattresses, and/or box springs under no circumstances.
