I had many email conversations with this company regarding a bedroom set and a bunk bed I wanted to purchase. Lili in the customer service department was a pleasure to deal with and matched the competitors prices, then beat them by several dollars.

I was pretty skeptical buying my Bed Frame (headboard, side frame, & footboard) without checking it out first in person. Thoughts of Ikea past images kept haunting me. Pulled the trigger and decided to drop the bachelor style bed (mattress on the bedroom ground) for a more refined looking bedroom.
The delivery guys were friendly and very helpful. All the wood was pretty heavy...good sign for sturdier quality. I was very impressed with this company and the craftsmanship of the product purchased. The fish symbols on their webpage are obvious everyone one I dealt with has a higher calling.
The company is an internet based company with no showroom. They deliver (free) to LA and Orange County.
