VA Furniture provides free curb-side delivery to the Los Angeles, Orange, & San Diego Counties. Contact us to inquire about a specific city.
At the time of delivery customers will be responsible for the following:
– Take packages inside residence
– Assemble the item(s)
– Discard the factory packaging
If you require help carrying the furniture to your living room or garage you may ask the driver for assistance.
VA Furniture drivers will not under any circumstance:
– Take the item(s) up or down the stairs inside of the residence.
– Remove old furniture or move your existing furniture from one room to another.
– Open the boxes for you or wait for you to inspect the items.
– Bring back products’ packaging.
Should there be any problems with the order please contact our office as soon as possible. (Read warranty)
VA Furniture usually delivers in a medium size box truck. Please notify us of delivery docks or alternate delivery locations for easy drop-off.
If any part of the order is found to be damaged or defective please notify VA Furniture as soon as possible and it will gladly be replaced. Do not discard the factory packaging and do not assemble the item(s) until you are sure the parts are in good condition. Once an item has been assembled we will not exchange damaged parts.
Our manufacturer’s warranty covers all items up to 45 days from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse like exposure to extreme temperature, negligence, wrong assembly, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, etc. We generally request photographic images and a detailed description of the damage/defect.
Our manufacturer’s warranty only allows us to replace defective parts.
Cancellations / Changes / Refunds / Exchanges
If you wish to cancel an order or make a change to your order, please do so at least 24 hours prior to delivery date. You can cancel or change your order by phone.
If you wish to return an item for refund or an exchange after signing the receipt and submitting payment for the item(s) you can do so by notifying VA Furniture within 5 business days from the delivery date and we will schedule a date to pick up / exchange the item(s).
Note that all calls for returns/exchanges must be made within 5 business days from the delivery date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and may be subject to a $50 pick-up merchandise fee.
For any returned item(s), all products must be in their original manufacturing packaging and in the same condition they were delivered in. Factory packaging must be opened carefully and properly without ripping, tearing or trashing the boxes. You must keep the item(s) packaging until you are satisfied with the product.
Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging will not qualify for refund/exchange.
*The following items do not qualify for refund/exchange under no circumstances: mattresses, foundations, sofa beds, futons, sofa chairs, rockers, recliners, sofas, loveseats, sectionals, chaises, or ottomans.
*Prices are subject to change without notice.
*We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
